Update August 11th: we have now closed our on-line donation facility and square-holders scheme, having met our initial £60k fundraising target to enable us to buy the land - thanks to the generosity of 750 individual square-holders!
At the moment our solicitors are making slow progress to resolve outstanding legal questions. |

If we attract more donations than is required to buy the land, then please note that we will assume that your donation may be kept by us, and used for the maintenance and enhancement of Freeman's Wood once it is in community ownership. Although Friends of Freeman's Wood expect to attract grants, many funders require match funding and it will be always be useful to have some funds of our own!
